Nature Photography: Up Close, Far Away

This two day workshop will cover the basics of exposure, aperture, shutter-speeds, and lens focal length, as well as composition and making the most of the available light in a variety of natural settings. We will also cover some basics of Adobe Photoshop®.  Participants will focus on landscapes, animal life, and natural still-life images. Two location shoots and two group critiques are planned. Students should have their own 35mm film camera or digitial camera with manual shutter speed and aperture settings. A sturdy tripod is recommended.
